I think i should take the opportunity to update my half dead bloggie since there's like only 1 more day to the new year. And there's not much time left, both for the holidays and also "honeymoon year". Who ever said and says that form 4 is a honeymoon year ought to be shot, seriously. It's total bull.

Currently reading the novels in my house which i bought nearly 3 years ago but i hadn't lay my hands on the cover yet, what more the pages and the contents in the book. Ooops. It's like a 4 in 1 novel compilation by readers' digest. Anyway, the bottom line is that i'm reading one of the novels in the compilation; A Bend in the Road by Nicholas Sparks.

I don't know why, but i always find myself gravitated to his books, especially the title and the cover of the books. Call it judging a book by it's cover. Hmm.

Synopsis of the book as taken from the jacket of the book:

For two years Miles Ryan had mourned the loss of his wife in a hit-and-run accident and his young son Jonah has grieved for his mother. When Sarah Andrews comes into their lives, Miles begins to fell whole again and joy returns to Jonah's face. But when a painful coincidence blocks their path to happiness, Miles will find his heart challenged in ways he never could have imagined.

I know, it sounds cliche, or even old school, but nothing warms up the heart and hypes your senses by reading or watching kdramas which has similar themes with this book. I mean, even the opening sentence in the prolouge is so sweet:

Where does a story truly begin? In life there are seldom clear-cut beginnings-those moments when we can, in looking back, say that everything started. Yet there are moments when fate intersects with out daily lives, setting in motion a sequence of events whose outcome we could never have foreseen.

Oh and also So You Think You Can Dance on AXN is extremely addictive. I've been watching it every week. :) And i so love this performance, maybe partially due to the fact that my top 2 favourite dancers in SYTYCD are in this MV. Check this out.
